Privacy statement

Compliance-support, a trade name of Spaerne B.V. (KVK 34383380), values the protection of your personal data. This statement sets out which data we process and why.

Which data do we process?

We only process data you provide to us via the contact form, email or a Calendly booking: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.

Purpose of processing

Your data is used to contact you, schedule an intro call without obligation and, if it leads to an engagement, to perform the agreement.

Retention period

Contact data is kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as long as is legally required. By default we apply a retention period of 5 years for engagement data, in line with the GDPR and tax retention obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object. Requests can be sent to frenkel.drevers@compliance-support.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
